How the Lab works

Listen weekly. Practice monthly.

Listen to weekly audio lessons, then bring a leadership situation to your monthly live session. Work through it with coaches and peers.

01

Weekly audio lessons

Short audio lessons and inspiration from leadership books. Consider how each idea applies to a conversation, decision, or team challenge you’re facing.

02

Monthly live practice

Bring a real situation to a live small-group session. Discuss possible approaches, practice what you might say, and consider your next step with coaches and peers.

03

Resources for self-awareness

Use CORe Energy Leadership resources to notice your patterns and consider how you want to respond.

04

Practice before the real conversation.

Try an opening, consider how the other person might respond, and work through your approach with healthcare coaches and peers.
